This is a friendly reminder that the enclosed form is to be used exclusively for your PIP application. It's crucial that you complete this form with great care, ensuring accuracy in your responses. Please double and triple-check your answers, as the information you provide will be included in your application exactly as submitted. Please carefully fill out the form using ALL CAPITAL LETTERS to ensure clarity and accuracy. 

We'd like to emphasize that PIP approval is not guaranteed and remains at the discretion of the immigration officer handling your case. The process has recently seen significant delays, and it may take up to a year or more for a decision to be reached.

Alternatively, you may request digital copies when you take your passport pics and email them to us at support@keturahkonstellations.com,  and We will get them printed.
